David Lynn Surbaugh, Sr. (Dave/Papa) age 60 of Dayton, OH unexpectedly passed away August 5, 2020.

He was born May 8, 1960 in Springfield, OH to Donald & Mae Surbaugh (Haney/Thacker).

He was preceded in death by his father Donald Surbaugh, stepfather Carl Haney and best friend Thomas Cameron.

He is survived by his mother Mae Haney (Thacker), his loving wife of 16 years: Jennifer, daughters: Davinia, Katlyn, Connie, Sally Mclain & Misty Richards. Sons: David Jr. (AKA DJ), Robbie (& Pheleishia) & Aaron Salyers.
Grandchildren: Andrew (AJ) Ferdon, Corey Richards, Jordan, Sierra, Alissa Salyers, Konner Dimas, Christion Manley.
His brother John (& Wanda), niece-Nikky, brother-Don, nephew-Stephen.

David love to ride his Harley Davidson with his children. He loved working on cars and he loved God.

As water falls from heaven, so the most beautiful blessings - in the name of Jesus - will fall on you.

Rest in peace PaPa - you will always be loved and greatly missed.
